Emiliano Aznaro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ivo Guterres read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Rosendo Balesio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Martínez in the 20th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Leukothoe Sakelaris's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ivo Guterres was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. Rosendo Balesio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vasco Brás in the 27th minute of the match. With a little luck, AC Rangers's Rosendo Balesio got control of the ball when Nuno Bragança tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ivo Guterres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leukothoe Sakelaris, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 70thth minute of the game Vasco Brás who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AC Rangers's Rosendo Balesio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 72 minutes, Ivo Guterres successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 75th minute, Yücel Özakıncı ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ivo Guterres was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. AC Rangers made a substitution. Godofredo Basajaun replaced Emiliano Aznaro. AC Rangers's Armando Sotero was substituted for Leukothoe Sakelaris.
