Remco Carels's late challenge caught a Emotep SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Remco Carels helped the player get up and apologised. Remco Carels kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. After 7 played minutes SV Wissenkerke got a freekick which was hit by Leendert Looze. After a rather tough play, Emotep SK's Ryan Giggs got a free kick in the 12th minute. When Mürsel Saltar fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Emotep SK's protests and gave Mürsel Saltar a yellow card for diving instead. Mürsel Saltar hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Emotep SK's zone, Gerjan Staarman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fernanco Muslera came out of the goal and Gerjan Staarman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jacobus Ronde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ryan Giggs in the 21st minute of play. Emotep SK's Ryan Giggs was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 21st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Jacobus Ronde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brayden McPaul in the 33rd minute of play. In the 37th minute, Emotep SK's Ryan Giggs ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jacobus Ronde. Jacobus Ronde yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. 42 minutes into the match, SV Wissenkerke's goalkeeper Jacobus Ronde had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Brayden McPaul. Hasan Hüseyin Başol kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. In the 48th minute Ryan Giggs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobus Ronde saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Gerjan Staarman made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Brayden McPaul in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jacobus Ronde saved SV Wissenkerke from getting behind. After some careless play in the SV Wissenkerke defense, Mürsel Saltar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jacobus Ronde. The SV Wissenkerke fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jacobus Ronde should have stopped the shot. After 59 played minutes SV Wissenkerke got a freekick which was hit by Freek Lange. Emotep SK's Çağrı Ünveren got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Freek Lange sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jacobus Ronde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ryan Giggs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jacobus Ronde didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Brayden McPaul went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. In the 76th minute, Ryan Giggs made a precise shot to the right of Jacobus Ronde. SV Wissenkerke's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. Ryan Giggs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobus Ronde having to interfere. In the 82nd minute, Wim van der Werff hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. SV Wissenkerke's Jacobus Ronde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hasan Hüseyin Başol in the 83rd minute of play. 86 minutes into the game, Çağrı Ünveren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Jacobus Ronde was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jacobus Ronde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Çağrı Ünveren in the 89th minute of play. Jacobus Ronde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brayden McPaul in the 91st minute of the match. 93 minutes into the match, SV Wissenkerke's goal looked a bit too open when Çağrı Ünveren came free, but Jacobus Ronde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
