When the match clock showed 4 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Lobo Lobo sped through The Huns's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vintilă Murgu. If Ekber Merdan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Baldomero Shantala made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ekber Merdan in the 7th minute of play. The Huns were awarded a corner in the 10th minute after Juventud Antoniana's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Andre Huyterhoeven took the corner. 13 minutes into the match, The Huns's Ekber Merdan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Baldomero Shantala narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Abraham Reinhard made in the 15th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Abraham Reinhard however managed to control. A collision led to The Huns getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Scott Martindale hit a great ball. Ekber Merdan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A hard shot 27 in the game by Ekber Merdan from a close distance when the talented Baldomero Shantala managed to make a qualified save. Juventud Antoniana's players were relieved. Vintilă Murgu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lobo Lobo in the 29th minute of the match. Juventud Antoniana's Baldomero Shantala played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ekber Merdan in the 30th minute of play. Ekber Merdan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Baldomero Shantala read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. 33 minutes had been played when some careless play by Juventud Antoniana's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Andre Huyterhoeven was slow to take the kick. During this time The Huns's players had a chance to rest. Vintilă Murgu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicasio Demario, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 37th minute of the game Victor Bentley made a throw-in which Remigio Bela played forward. After 38 played minutes Juventud Antoniana got a freekick which was hit by Victor Bentley. 42 minutes into the match, Juventud Antoniana's goalkeeper Baldomero Shantala had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andre Huyterhoeven. Ekber Merdan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Baldomero Shantala made a huge save. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lobo Lobo to make the kick off. Lobo Lobo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Vintilă Murgu made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ekber Merdan in the 56th minute of play forced Juventud Antoniana's goalkeeper Baldomero Shantala to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baldomero Shantala made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andre Huyterhoeven in the 58th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugenio Abeitia in the 59th minute of play forced The Huns's goalkeeper Vintilă Murgu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 59 minutes into the match, The Huns's goal looked a bit too open when Eugenio Abeitia came free, but Vintilă Murgu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st minute, Ekber Merdan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Baldomero Shantala was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Sigfrid Weikert hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Andre Huyterhoeven managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Huns's supporters rose to their feet, but Andre Huyterhoeven was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baldomero Shantala breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Juventud Antoniana's Ruperto Endira was substituted for Victor Bentley. Juventud Antoniana made a substitution. Fausto Tiniebra replaced 贺适轩. In the 72nd match minute, The Huns was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andre Huyterhoeven to maneuver through the defense. 74 minutes into the match, The Huns's goal looked a bit too open when Eugenio Abeitia came free, but Vintilă Murgu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 76 minutes into the game, Rene Mannie was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Juventud Antoniana's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave The Huns the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Juventud Antoniana fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 76th minute. Penalty! Juventud Antoniana:s Baldomero Shantala showed great skill when he stopped Andre Huyterhoeven:s penalty. 84 minutes into the match, Juventud Antoniana's goal looked a bit too open when Ekber Merdan came free, but Baldomero Shantala reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baldomero Shantala didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ekber Merdan went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score.
