Pendekar Bödör charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pendekar Bödör the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Alfredão Bueno came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by FC STEAUA BRAILA's Darwin Núñez. But to his dismay, Darwin Núñez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 8th minute Gică Hagi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredão Bueno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Atlético Cristo Rei's Alfredão Bueno proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Atlético Cristo Rei from getting a goal against them. Pendekar Bödör was shown his second yellow card after 10 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of FC STEAUA BRAILA booed when Atlético Cristo Rei was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pendekar Bödör didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alfredão Bueno made an important save on a dangerous shot by Korneliusz Kocieniewski in the 11th minute. Alfredão Bueno was a little too slow when Gică Hagi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 14th minute. The score was now 2-0. Darwin Núñez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredão Bueno having to interfere. 19 minutes into the match, Atlético Cristo Rei's goalkeeper Alfredão Bueno had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Korneliusz Kocieniewski. Alfredão Bueno came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by FC STEAUA BRAILA's Korneliusz Kocieniewski. But to his dismay, Korneliusz Kocieniewski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Alfredão Bueno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Darwin Núñez, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 30th minute, FC STEAUA BRAILA's Darwin Núñez dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-0. Korneliusz Kocieniewski took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alfredão Bueno. Alfredão Bueno dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Korneliusz Kocieniewski took a quick shot and it went in 7-0 without a chance for Alfredão Bueno to make any attempt to save it. Darwin Núñez kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Alfredão Bueno didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gică Hagi went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joe Kalle to make the kick off. Atlético Cristo Rei's Alfredão Bueno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gică Hagi in the 55th minute of play. Alfredão Bueno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Darwin Núñez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Darwin Núñez struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Alfredão Bueno didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC STEAUA BRAILA. A collision led to Atlético Cristo Rei getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Joe Kalle hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Darwin Núñez in the 64th minute of play forced Atlético Cristo Rei's goalkeeper Alfredão Bueno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Atlético Cristo Rei's Alfredão Bueno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gică Hagi in the 66th minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Gică Hagi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alfredão Bueno was frozen by the shot and now it was 12-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Korneliusz Kocieniewski in the 75th minute of play forced Atlético Cristo Rei's goalkeeper Alfredão Bueno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Korneliusz Kocieniewski scored 13-0 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alfredão Bueno, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 82nd minute, Darwin Núñez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alfredão Bueno was frozen by the shot and now it was 14-0. Joe Kalle kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. After 86 minutes, Darwin Núñez made it 15-0 with a short kick to the right side. Atlético Cristo Rei's Alfredão Bueno tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Darwin Núñez scored 16-0 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alfredão Bueno, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alfredão Bueno came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by FC STEAUA BRAILA's Gică Hagi. But to his dismay, Gică Hagi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 17-0. Vítor Cunha charged in rather forcefully in the 97th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vítor Cunha the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 97th minute, Vítor Cunha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
