Sandro Cavareda stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Federico Girotti's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. Federico Girotti who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 8thth minute tested the skills of Sandro Cavareda when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After some careless play in the AFC Richmond defense, Federico Girotti kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sandro Cavareda. The AFC Richmond fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sandro Cavareda should have stopped the shot. Alejandra's Gilberto Goizeder got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Maurinho Terra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando Tolhauzsen in the 18th minute of the match. Sandro Cavareda came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Alejandra's Angel Cidro. But to his dismay, Angel Cidro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. In the 46th minute, Alejandra's Federico Girotti dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 7-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 7-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Remicio Price made a kick off. Sandro Cavareda came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Alejandra's Federico Girotti. But to his dismay, Federico Girotti quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. AFC Richmond's Enrique Arostegui was substituted for Felipe Hernández. Federico Girotti took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sandro Cavareda. Sandro Cavareda dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. AFC Richmond's Lucio Jose María Coromina was substituted for Fernando Tolhauzsen. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Federico Girotti in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sandro Cavareda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, AFC Richmond's Ulises Abusleme got a free kick in the 72nd minute. After 88 minutes of play, Alejandra's Angel Cidro made it 11-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sandro Cavareda was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fernando Natanael in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sandro Cavareda saved AFC Richmond from getting behind. Maurinho Terra made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucio Jose María Coromina in the 93rd minute. Sandro Cavareda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando Natanael in the 95th minute of the match. Horacio Lain hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Alejandra were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of AFC Richmond for a fine match.
