In the 72ndth minute of the game James Rodriguez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's Mané Viana was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. João Augusto Lopes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Banan Balle read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. In the 77th minute James Rodriguez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mané Viana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ made a substitution. Artur Santos replaced Douglas Ferreira. A nice corner shot did that Xu Sha Chong got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Mané Viana quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chico de Brito in the 81st minute of play forced INTERNAUTAS FDC's goalkeeper Banan Balle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers James Rodriguez in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mané Viana saved Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ from getting behind. Banan Balle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlinhos de Brito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's Mané Viana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by James Rodriguez in the 88th minute of play. James Rodriguez might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mané Viana. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. James Rodriguez ran back to his position shaking his head. The Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching INTERNAUTAS FDC's performance. The match ended with a win for INTERNAUTAS FDC.
