The supporters of FC Jamala booed when Väckelsång IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herman Pihlwall didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Qin Shi Le in the 17th minute of play forced FC Jamala's goalkeeper Shi Bang Xiang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the last second Shi Bang Xiang throw himself and got hold of the ball when Qin Shi Le in the 17thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. If Renátó Csernyi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Väckelsång IK's Charlie Chaplin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miroslav Maixner in the 23rd minute of play. When FC Jamala's Henning Eriksson in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After some careless play in the Väckelsång IK defense, Henning Eriksson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Charlie Chaplin. The Väckelsång IK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Charlie Chaplin should have stopped the shot. If Renátó Csernyi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half FC Jamala were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Qin Shi Le to make the kick off. Qin Shi Le spun around in front of the goal 52 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of FC Jamala's goal. In the 55th minute, André Carrillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Shi Bang Xiang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonas Šidlauskas in the 55th minute of play. In the 57th minute Lars Norström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shi Bang Xiang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars Norström in the 58th minute of play forced FC Jamala's goalkeeper Shi Bang Xiang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Väckelsång IK's goalkeeper Charlie Chaplin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Miroslav Maixner who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 63rdth minute tested the skills of Charlie Chaplin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 67 minutes into the game, Miroslav Maixner cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Charlie Chaplin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Charlie Chaplin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Miroslav Maixner in the 72nd minute. When the match clock showed 84 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Qin Shi Le sped through FC Jamala's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Shi Bang Xiang. Väckelsång IK's Charlie Chaplin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Väckelsång IK from getting a goal against them. Miroslav Maixner had several of the Väckelsång IK's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 91 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-3 score and a disappointed Charlie Chaplin as he didn't even see the shot coming. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tiago Gabriel Cavalcante during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. FC Jamala's Amador Ishmael couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 96th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Väckelsång IK. The FC Jamala players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
