After a rather tough play, CLUB ROSE GARDEN's Abay Bozdağ got a free kick in the 2nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, 詹俊 á Bø managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wellington Phoenix's supporters rose to their feet, but 詹俊 á Bø was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Naci Şehzat breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 1-0 when 詹俊 á Bø sped through CLUB ROSE GARDEN's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Naci Şehzat. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 詹俊 á Bø in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Naci Şehzat prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Naci Şehzat made an important save on a dangerous shot by 詹俊 á Bø in the 18th minute. 22 minutes into the match, Wellington Phoenix's 詹俊 á Bø sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Naci Şehzat narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 23 minutes into the match, CLUB ROSE GARDEN's goal looked a bit too open when 詹俊 á Bø came free, but Naci Şehzat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Erdal Derem fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CLUB ROSE GARDEN's protests and gave Erdal Derem a yellow card for diving instead. 26 minutes into the match, 詹俊 á Bø notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of CLUB ROSE GARDEN's Naci Şehzat. Naci Şehzat was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. CLUB ROSE GARDEN made a substitution. Nazmi Gündem replaced Ali Kuscu. Vykan Víkingsson came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by CLUB ROSE GARDEN's Nazmi Gündem. But to his dismay, Nazmi Gündem quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Naci Şehzat was out of position in the 34 minute of play, and 詹俊 á Bø capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. 詹俊 á Bø really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. 37 minutes in the game Erdal Derem did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Demirhan Yalap. After a rather tough play, Wellington Phoenix's Jaume Roure got a free kick in the 44th minute. A collision led to Wellington Phoenix getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Zé Carlos Dias hit a great ball. Vykan Víkingsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abay Bozdağ, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Vykan Víkingsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Demirhan Yalap in the 51st minute. In the 52nd minute CLUB ROSE GARDEN were awarded a corner. Abay Bozdağ went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Abay Bozdağ got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Vykan Víkingsson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. CLUB ROSE GARDEN's Naci Şehzat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 詹俊 á Bø in the 54th minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, 詹俊 á Bø notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of CLUB ROSE GARDEN's Naci Şehzat. Naci Şehzat was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vykan Víkingsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nazmi Gündem in the 65th minute of play. CLUB ROSE GARDEN's Erdal Derem got his second yellow card of the match in the 66th minute. The referee ordered Erdal Derem off the ground. Erdal Derem hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. CLUB ROSE GARDEN made a substitution. Ali Cengiz Şaki replaced Demirhan Yalap. Erdal Derem kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. The supporters of CLUB ROSE GARDEN booed when Wellington Phoenix was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sandro Trigo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vykan Víkingsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abay Bozdağ in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 76th match minute, CLUB ROSE GARDEN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abay Bozdağ to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fedele Scirea in the 80th minute of play forced Wellington Phoenix's goalkeeper Vykan Víkingsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84th play minute Nazmi Gündem came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Vykan Víkingsson. 4-2. In the 87th minute, 詹俊 á Bø ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Naci Şehzat was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by 詹俊 á Bø in the 91st minute of play forced CLUB ROSE GARDEN's goalkeeper Naci Şehzat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nazmi Gündem charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nazmi Gündem the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Wellington Phoenix booed when CLUB ROSE GARDEN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nazmi Gündem didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Wellington Phoenix had won after a very even match.
