Mariusz Motyl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luizinho Paranaense having to interfere. In the 9th minute Cälal Elxanov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lookman Loody saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 11th minute of the match Juventus Telford got a corner. Tomitak Wrocław's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. José Liamthaisong ran over to the corner to take the kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boruc Spychalski in the 14th minute of play forced Tomitak Wrocław's goalkeeper Lookman Loody to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luizinho Paranaense stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Radowit Palzewicz's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. In the 28th minute of the match Juventus Telford got a corner. Tomitak Wrocław's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. José Liamthaisong ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that José Liamthaisong got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lookman Loody quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Tomitak Wrocław's Lookman Loody played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boruc Spychalski in the 30th minute of play. 31 minutes into the game, Tomitak Wrocław's Radowit Palzewicz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luizinho Paranaense made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 35 minutes Juventus Telford's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Klement Glembin who took care of the corner kick. 37 minutes into the match, Boruc Spychalski dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Lookman Loody, 1-1. In the 41st match minute, Tomitak Wrocław was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Radowit Palzewicz to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mariusz Motyl was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th minute Boruc Spychalski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lookman Loody saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cälal Elxanov in the 61st minute of play forced Tomitak Wrocław's goalkeeper Lookman Loody to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Kevin Hellkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tomitak Wrocław made a substitution. Juventus Telford's Luizinho Paranaense proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Juventus Telford from getting a goal against them. Lookman Loody showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boruc Spychalski in the 74th minute of the match. When Eugeniusz Tyskie came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Tomitak Wrocław fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eugeniusz Tyskie couldn't finish the play. Juventus Telford made a substitution. Konstanty Dubiel replaced Boruc Spychalski. When Juventus Telford's Cälal Elxanov in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tomitak Wrocław's goalie prevented a goal. Lookman Loody showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Konstanty Dubiel, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Eugeniusz Tyskie struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Luizinho Paranaense didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tomitak Wrocław. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Liamthaisong in the 93rd minute of play forced Tomitak Wrocław's goalkeeper Lookman Loody to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luizinho Paranaense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugeniusz Tyskie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Juventus Telford's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
