In the 27th minute, Eron Patiño hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teodoro Zamora got free with David Ferran in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 33 minutes into the game, Alejandro Zandi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C.D. Ciudad de Soria's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PicksBattle.com the free kick. The supporters of PicksBattle.com booed when C.D. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

PicksBattle.com's David Ferran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arrosko Rojas in the 58th minute of play. Teodoro Zamora received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. David Ferran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd minute, Gabriel Redondo made a precise shot to the right of David Ferran. PicksBattle.com's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. C.D. Ciudad de Soria had won after a very even match.
