The Uno Mille FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carlos Fernando Alvarenga should have stopped the shot. Horacio Procopio made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Chico de Toledo sent off a good shot on target. In the 26th minute, Chico de Toledo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Horacio Procopio. The goal made the score 1-2. Carlos Fernando Alvarenga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Redas Baliukonis in the 31st minute of play. A collision led to Uno Mille FC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eleuterio Maraman in the 40th minute of play forced Uno Mille FC's goalkeeper Carlos Fernando Alvarenga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Italia booed when Uno Mille FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valdomiro Seco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Italia's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Teo Jerardo in the 47th minute. Teo Jerardo made a great header on Italia's corner, it was just that Uno Mille FC's Carlos Fernando Alvarenga managed to reach the ball for a save.

Carlos Fernando Alvarenga made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Nafarroa in the 91st minute.
