Champions Iasi's supporters rose to their feet, but Iustin Coporan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jakub Pazura breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jakub Pazura was a little too slow when Róbert Pál-Szabó got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 34th minute. The score was now 2-0. Jakub Pazura made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Iustin Coporan sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Champions Iasi getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Cosmin Iureș hit a great ball. Ferdinand Joldea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabian Kutas in the 41st minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Róbert Pál-Szabó in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jakub Pazura saved FC Blaugrana Kraków from getting behind. After 45 played minutes Champions Iasi got a freekick which was hit by Cosmin Iureș. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

If Róbert Pál-Szabó had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jakub Pazura showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iustin Coporan in the 76th minute of the match. FC Blaugrana Kraków's Jakub Pazura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Róbert Pál-Szabó in the 84th minute of play. Ferdinand Joldea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Christian Gabon in the 89th minute.
