With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcial Licerio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pingos Futbol Club's Ariel Martinez got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pascual Ferrer hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. After 28 minutes, Durvalino Netto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the WAU team and the Pingos Futbol Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. After recieving a nice pass, Pingos Futbol Club's Ariel Martinez tried to score from far away in the 55th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Ermegildo Haritz didn't quite understand what happened when in the 88 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet.
