The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Arsenal FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Matthias Löfgren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pang Shi Bang breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Songur Yoran acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 13th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Edgardo Alcala. Pang Shi Bang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Edvin Sävström in the 17th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Arsenal FC's Sven-Edvin Sävström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pang Shi Bang narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Feliberto Llorenc managed to get in a good position for a shot. Trescientos's supporters rose to their feet, but Feliberto Llorenc was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Songur Yoran breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 25th minute Sven-Edvin Sävström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pang Shi Bang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st minute of the match Matthias Löfgren shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pang Shi Bang showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sven-Edvin Sävström in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pang Shi Bang saved Trescientos from getting behind. 38 minutes into the match, Trescientos's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Edvin Sävström came free, but Pang Shi Bang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Feliberto Llorenc fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Songur Yoran having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sven-Edvin Sävström in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pang Shi Bang prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Feliberto Llorenc made a kick off. Pang Shi Bang stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sven-Edvin Sävström's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Arsenal FC's Songur Yoran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliberto Llorenc in the 58th minute of play. After 60 minutes Arsenal FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edgardo Alcala who took care of the corner kick. In the 61st minute Feliberto Llorenc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Songur Yoran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sven-Edvin Sävströms short, quick shot in the 63rdth minute got Pang Shi Bang to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Trescientos's Evelio Mondrevilla was substituted for Fernando Ribas. 69 minutes into the match, Trescientos's goalkeeper Pang Shi Bang had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sven-Edvin Sävström. 72 minutes into the game, Karl-Åke Stolpe recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Pang Shi Bang. Karl-Åke Stolpe showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. The supporters of Trescientos booed when Arsenal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Edvin Sävström didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 77 minutes, Burbano Dios made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. Arsenal FC's Songur Yoran tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Trescientos's Pang Shi Bang proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Trescientos from getting a goal against them. Trescientos made a substitution. Unai Pineros replaced Burbano Dios. After 83 minutes Trescientos's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Karl-Åke Stolpe who took care of the corner kick. The audience was convinced that Sven-Edvin Sävström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pang Shi Bang was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feliberto Llorenc in the 88th minute of play forced Arsenal FC's goalkeeper Songur Yoran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pang Shi Bang prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sven-Edvin Sävström got free with Pang Shi Bang in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 96th minute Sven-Edvin Sävström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pang Shi Bang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
