In the 39th minute of the match, Koča Kafarov tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Başar Torel saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Başar Torel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Koča Kafarov in the 42nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Cyryl Gotfryd could shoot a difficult shot in the 43rd minute, which Başar Torel however easily saved by the left post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tayyip Bozdağ made a kick off.
