Celal Ağca breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Celal Ağca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hector Pello in the 12th minute of the match. In the 14th minute, Karadeniz Ereğli S.K.'s 胡桦凡 dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Thijs Nijhof hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Lucas Duardo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Harry Mik read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Celal Ağca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cosmin Toacsen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute Folkert Engelaar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celal Ağca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Celal Ağca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Folkert Engelaar in the 22nd minute of play. Harry Mik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Duardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Karadeniz Ereğli S.K. were awarded a corner in the 25th minute after Leiden Spor Kulubu's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luciano Abraão took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Jörgen Odeen managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. After a rather tough play, Karadeniz Ereğli S.K.'s Luciano Abraão got a free kick in the 31st minute. After having played for 32 minutes, Folkert Engelaar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Leiden Spor Kulubu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Folkert Engelaar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jörgen Odeen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Harry Mik made a huge save. Celal Ağca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Folkert Engelaar, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. 胡桦凡s short, quick shot in the 41stth minute got Harry Mik to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After taking down the ball on Karadeniz Ereğli S.K.'s corner Luciano Abraão fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Harry Mik quite easily take care of the ball. After 46 played minutes Vecdi Bedih rounded Leiden Spor Kulubu's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Folkert Engelaar made the kick off in the second half. Karadeniz Ereğli S.K.'s 杜诚超 was substituted for 胡桦凡. A collision led to Karadeniz Ereğli S.K. getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Luciano Abraão hit a great ball. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Leiden Spor Kulubu's goalkeeper Harry Mik, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jörgen Odeen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Harry Mik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leiden Spor Kulubu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vecdi Bedih was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0.
