After a rather tough play, Olimpia HSB's Fabian Czeszejko got a free kick in the 12th minute. Galapagos Islands FC's Dennis Lindberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabian Czeszejko in the 18th minute of play. In the 20th minute Fabian Czeszejko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dennis Lindberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dennis Lindberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabian Czeszejko in the 24th minute of play. In the 26th minute, Eugen Mantoiu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 30th match minute, Olimpia HSB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Panait Maxim to maneuver through the defense. When Olimpia HSB's Fabian Czeszejko in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Galapagos Islands FC's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Czeszejko in the 35th minute of play forced Galapagos Islands FC's goalkeeper Dennis Lindberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabian Czeszejko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Fabian Czeszejko's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dennis Lindberg was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. Dennis Lindberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabian Czeszejko's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. After 48 minutes of play, Olimpia HSB's Fabian Czeszejko made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dennis Lindberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Galapagos Islands FC's Gunnar Nyman was substituted for Thomas Sundling.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Özgün Hatip to strike the kick off in the second half. Fabian Czeszejkos short, quick shot in the 56thth minute got Dennis Lindberg to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With a little luck, Galapagos Islands FC's Dennis Lindberg got control of the ball when Fabian Czeszejko tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dennis Lindberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabian Czeszejko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fabian Czeszejko received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dennis Lindberg came out and tried to block the shot, but Fabian Czeszejko slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 63rd minute. Fabian Czeszejko might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dennis Lindberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fabian Czeszejko ran back to his position shaking his head. Dennis Lindberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fabian Czeszejko in the 70th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fabian Czeszejko in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dennis Lindberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Galapagos Islands FC's Dennis Lindberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Galapagos Islands FC from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Fabian Czeszejko took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Dennis Lindberg to make any attempt to save it. Olimpia HSB's Tomáš Petrásek was substituted for Sixto Yanguas. Galapagos Islands FC's Dennis Lindberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Galapagos Islands FC from getting a goal against them. Jacek Pietrowiak in the 87thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Dennis Lindberg, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The Olimpia HSB fans' excitement grew in the 93rd match minute when Olimpia HSB's Jacek Pietrowiak looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The Galapagos Islands FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Olimpia HSB's performance. The match ended with a win for Olimpia HSB.
