In the 24th minute Mehmet Çağrı Şakib shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Söderström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rigoberto Piearres received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. When Arnoldo Elazar fell near the penalty area in the 48th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alto Hrothgar's protests and gave Arnoldo Elazar a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Alto Hrothgar getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Arnoldo Elazar hit a great ball.

54 minutes into the game, Rigoberto Piearres cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Fermin Polentzi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 58th minute Rigoberto Piearres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fermin Polentzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alto Hrothgar's Fermin Polentzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simon Blomquist in the 61st minute of play. Rigoberto Piearres might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fermin Polentzi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fermin Polentzi came out of the goal and Jacinto Torres tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Haithabu FC made a substitution. Gervasio Albonico replaced Kurt Slaghmeulders. Jacinto Torres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alto Hrothgar's Fermin Polentzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacinto Torres in the 95th minute of play.
