The crowd rose to their feet as Arturo Di Matteo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jens-Ola Boström. That made the score 3-0 in the 25 minute of play. Jens-Ola Boström was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Arturo Di Matteo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 29 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arturo Di Matteo got free with Jens-Ola Boström in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
