Tomasz Burufski started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the game, Ejvind Haversen recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Boguslaw Zawaski. Ejvind Haversen showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 9th minute, Tomasz Burufski made a precise shot to the right of David Lundgren. Redbull Sala's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. GORNIK PIASKI's Franciszek Zieba got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Franciszek Zieba in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg David Lundgren saved Redbull Sala from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ejvind Haversen got free with Boguslaw Zawaski in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 25 minutes into the match, Redbull Sala's goal looked a bit too open when Tomasz Burufski came free, but David Lundgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Redbull Sala's goal looked a bit too open when Franciszek Zieba came free, but David Lundgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. David Lundgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franciszek Zieba in the 44th minute of play. In the 47th match minute, Redbull Sala was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ejvind Haversen to maneuver through the defense. After the first half GORNIK PIASKI were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Carlos Alberto Bezerra was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Carlos Alberto Bezerra's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Boguslaw Zawaski was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. Hugon Pincoski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomasz Burufski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Lundgren having to interfere. After a rather tough play, GORNIK PIASKI's Tanek Bendyk got a free kick in the 87th minute. Carlos Alberto Bezerra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Boguslaw Zawaski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 92 minutes into the match, Tomasz Burufski dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of David Lundgren, 1-3. GORNIK PIASKI's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
