Spectators: 165 (Terracing: 124, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Torgny Landin kicked off to start the match. Sociedad Anónima's Gianluigi Buffon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torgny Landin in the 3rd minute of play. Jan Höijer was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 7th minute Velasco Rollan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jens-Åke Källberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Torgny Landin took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gianluigi Buffon. Gianluigi Buffon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Boca Juniors's Jens-Åke Källberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pero Barrutia in the 14th minute of play. In the 18th minute of the match, Jan Höijer got a very nice opportunity to score, but Gianluigi Buffon was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 20 minutes into the match, Sociedad Anónima's goal looked a bit too open when Torgny Landin came free, but Gianluigi Buffon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gianluigi Buffon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Torgny Landin went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dimitris Panagiotakis got free with Gianluigi Buffon in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Boca Juniors's Jens-Åke Källberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Velasco Rollan in the 29th minute of play. Torgny Landin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gianluigi Buffon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Torgny Landin dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gianluigi Buffon, 4-0. Jens-Åke Källberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Velasco Rollan, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Torgny Landin took a quick shot and it went in 5-0 without a chance for Gianluigi Buffon to make any attempt to save it. Torgny Landin scored 6-0 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gianluigi Buffon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 45th minute, Dawid Klocko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Velasco Rollan to make the kick off. David Agra hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. In the 55th minute Velasco Rollan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jens-Åke Källberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Boca Juniors booed when Sociedad Anónima was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niva Bruna didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gianluigi Buffon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Höijer, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Jon-Arne Klochkovskiy hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Boca Juniors's Harry Hedling was substituted for Dimitris Panagiotakis. In the 72nd match minute, Sociedad Anónima was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dawid Klocko to maneuver through the defense. Dawid Klocko kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. After 74 played minutes Boca Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Weiler. If Velasco Rollan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sociedad Anónima were awarded a corner in the 82th minute after Boca Juniors's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Zavior Negral took the corner. The audience was convinced that Velasco Rollan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jens-Åke Källberg was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. Torgny Landin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 84th minute Torgny Landin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gianluigi Buffon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When David Agra fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sociedad Anónima's protests and gave David Agra a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Sociedad Anónima getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. David Agra hit a great ball. In the 87th match minute, Sociedad Anónima was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Agra to maneuver through the defense. 88 minutes into the match, Sociedad Anónima's goal looked a bit too open when Torgny Landin came free, but Gianluigi Buffon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Velasco Rollan came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Sociedad Anónima fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Velasco Rollan couldn't finish the play. Jens-Åke Källberg made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Velasco Rollan sent off a good shot on target. The Boca Juniors players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
