In the 17th match minute, Övertorneå RK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joseph Fleckenstein to maneuver through the defense. Austen Willis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jurand Sienkowski in the 19th minute of the match. If Jurand Sienkowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 25th minute Jurand Sienkowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Austen Willis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jurand Sienkowski scored 0-1 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Austen Willis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice moves Niclas Jakobsson could shoot a difficult shot in the 30th minute, which Telmo Almeida however easily saved by the left post. 35 minutes in the game, Niclas Jakobsson fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Telmo Almeida having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Jurand Sienkowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Austen Willis was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Telmo Almeida made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Niclas Jakobsson sent off a good shot on target. In the 48th match minute, Övertorneå RK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Mech to maneuver through the defense.

The audience was convinced that Jurand Sienkowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Austen Willis was relentless in the 54th minute of the game.
