Jairo Elixio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís de Brito in the 15th minute of the match. Adilson Tepedino hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. In the 28th minute, Geronimo Ciceron hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Darío Cvitanich's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 33rdth minute, Luís Fernando de Queiroz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 40 played minutes JS 22 got a freekick which was hit by Napoleon Kloczko. 胡默景's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jairo Elixio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. In the 43rd minute Luís de Brito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jairo Elixio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Barnaba Kilarski during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Barnaba Kilarski hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. After the first half 『挑战者』上海光明队 were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After a defensive mix-up in JS 22's zone, Leal Novais stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jairo Elixio came out of the goal and Leal Novais tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. JS 22's Barnaba Kilarski got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Luís de Brito came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the 『挑战者』上海光明队 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luís de Brito couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Darío Cvitanich in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luís Fernando de Queiroz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 75th minute of the match JS 22 got a corner. 『挑战者』上海光明队's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Darío Cvitanich ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led JS 22's Šime Vrsaljko to fire away a dangerous shot which Luís Fernando de Queiroz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Luís Fernando de Queiroz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Darío Cvitanich in the 76th minute of the match. Leal Novais's late challenge caught a JS 22's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leal Novais helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to 『挑战者』上海光明队 getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Leal Novais hit a great ball. In the 80th minute, Napoleon Kloczko had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. After a rather tough play, 『挑战者』上海光明队's Leal Novais got a free kick in the 81st minute. 『挑战者』上海光明队's Geronimo Ciceron got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tom Walton kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. After 87 played minutes JS 22 got a freekick which was hit by Barnaba Kilarski. In the 90th minute, Geronimo Ciceron hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 『挑战者』上海光明队's Luís Fernando de Queiroz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnulfo Tancredo in the 92nd minute of play. When the match was over 『挑战者』上海光明队 could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than JS 22 throughout the match.
