After a rather tough play, Charlotte FC's Francesco Keller got a free kick in the 8th minute. 10 minutes into the match, Ȼōŗỉȵᵺỉƛȵʂ Wƛŗŗỉōŗʂ®'s goal looked a bit too open when Vicente Rafferty came free, but Dolfo Burgo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Charlotte FC's goalkeeper Bryant Miles, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Flóki Factor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Bryant Miles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th minute Flóki Factor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bryant Miles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 23rd match minute, Charlotte FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wander Suzanne to maneuver through the defense. Arif Onurhan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 27th match minute, Charlotte FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francesco Keller to maneuver through the defense. 31 minutes into the match, Ȼōŗỉȵᵺỉƛȵʂ Wƛŗŗỉōŗʂ®'s Flóki Factor sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bryant Miles narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ȼōŗỉȵᵺỉƛȵʂ Wƛŗŗỉōŗʂ® were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after Charlotte FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Arif Onurhan took the corner. Flóki Factor took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bryant Miles. Bryant Miles dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 43 minutes into the match, Charlotte FC's goal looked a bit too open when Flóki Factor came free, but Bryant Miles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Charlotte FC's Bryant Miles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flóki Factor in the 59th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Flóki Factor had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bryant Miles. Charlotte FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Flóki Factor was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 62nd match minute, Ȼōŗỉȵᵺỉƛȵʂ Wƛŗŗỉōŗʂ® was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horácio Couto to maneuver through the defense. Charlotte FC's Bryant Miles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flóki Factor in the 72nd minute of play. Dedê Moura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bryant Miles having to interfere. Dolfo Burgo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wander Suzanne, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Vicente Rafferty fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dolfo Burgo having to interfere. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Charlotte FC's goalkeeper Bryant Miles, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 88 played minutes Ȼōŗỉȵᵺỉƛȵʂ Wƛŗŗỉōŗʂ® got a freekick which was hit by Horácio Couto. Felix Dias hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. After having played for 90 minutes, Flóki Factor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ȼōŗỉȵᵺỉƛȵʂ Wƛŗŗỉōŗʂ®'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Flóki Factor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Flóki Factor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dolfo Burgo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vicente Rafferty in the 98th minute of play.
