When the match clock showed 13 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Koray Baran sped through Landulfos FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jeremias Pires. Koray Baran might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jeremias Pires. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Koray Baran ran back to his position shaking his head. After 19 minutes of play, ÇORUM FK's Koray Baran made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jeremias Pires was left in no man's land by his defense there! ÇORUM FK's Kıraç Şahinalp proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save ÇORUM FK from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Landulfos FC's zone, Koray Baran stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jeremias Pires came out of the goal and Koray Baran tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Zheng Jing Fei managed to get in a good position for a shot. ÇORUM FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Zheng Jing Fei was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jeremias Pires breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With his leg Kıraç Şahinalp managed to avoid a goal in the 35thth minute, when Landulfos FC's Pedrão Pereira fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 37th minute Dedê Fonseca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kıraç Şahinalp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 40 minutes ÇORUM FK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fabiano Luz who took care of the corner kick. If Koray Baran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
