Cemal Özgun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Cornelio Merexildo made a huge save. With a little luck, Defensores del Albinegro's Cornelio Merexildo got control of the ball when Güntekin Uskan tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 10th minute, Cemal Özgun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Raimond Aumann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximo Aritza in the 12th minute of play. Raimond Aumann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Desiderio Kimetz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ferman Sıraç sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Defensores del Albinegro getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Florencio Phelipe hit a great ball. In the 19th minute Güntekin Uskan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cornelio Merexildo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 23rd minute Shi Yao Zhen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raimond Aumann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, Shi Yao Zhen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Raimond Aumann. The Last Airbender's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Shi Yao Zhen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Cemal Özgun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Isaias Blasco's late challenge caught a The Last Airbender's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Isaias Blasco helped the player get up and apologised. The Last Airbender made a substitution. Mikail Savgat replaced Ferman Sıraç. After a rather tough play, Defensores del Albinegro's Isaias Blasco got a free kick in the 36th minute. Ali Vedat Seyhun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cornelio Merexildo having to interfere. A collision led to The Last Airbender getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Adil Alan hit a great ball. Cornelio Merexildo came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by The Last Airbender's Güntekin Uskan. But to his dismay, Güntekin Uskan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Güntekin Uskan to make the kick off. Desiderio Kimetz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 50th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raimond Aumann having to interfere. The Last Airbender's Raimond Aumann proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save The Last Airbender from getting a goal against them. In the 54th minute Güntekin Uskan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cornelio Merexildo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Last Airbender's Raimond Aumann proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save The Last Airbender from getting a goal against them. 70 minutes into the match, Defensores del Albinegro's goal looked a bit too open when Güntekin Uskan came free, but Cornelio Merexildo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 76 minutes had been played when some careless play by The Last Airbender's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ildefonso Balesio was slow to take the kick. During this time Defensores del Albinegro's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Ildefonso Balesio got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Raimond Aumann quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Defensores del Albinegro's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ömür Himmet ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on The Last Airbender's corner Cemal Özgun fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Cornelio Merexildo quite easily take care of the ball. Ildefonso Balesio kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Cornelio Merexildo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cemal Özgun, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Ömür Himmet hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute, Defensores del Albinegro's Maximo Aritza dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Defensores del Albinegro had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
