GOMEZ F.C.'s Paz Ungo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saturnino Roldan in the 12th minute of play. Henry Ritter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laureano Belasko having to interfere. In the 20th minute Santiago-Tomas Gentiletti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laureano Belasko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saturnino Roldan in the 21st minute of play forced GOMEZ F.C.'s goalkeeper Paz Ungo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes into the game, Oscar Aceves was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GOMEZ F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Racing Comunicaciones the free kick. Oscar Aceves hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Franco Di Santo in the 26th minute of play forced GOMEZ F.C.'s goalkeeper Paz Ungo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Santiago-Tomas Gentiletti took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Laureano Belasko to make any attempt to save it. Henry Ritter came free with the goalkeeper in the 31st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Laureano Belasko could save by the left post. GOMEZ F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Vicente Wiseman in the 33rd minute. GOMEZ F.C.'s Paz Ungo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franco Di Santo in the 36th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Racing Comunicaciones's goalkeeper Laureano Belasko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Henry Ritter. GOMEZ F.C. were awarded a corner in the 43th minute after Racing Comunicaciones's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Vicente Wiseman took the corner. The corner ended in Vicente Wiseman almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Racing Comunicaciones's Laureano Belasko did a great save. After 44 minutes, Faustino Egoitz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Racing Comunicaciones and the GOMEZ F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Faustino Egoitz hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute, Vicente Wiseman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Franco Di Santo to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Racing Comunicaciones's zone, Henry Ritter stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Laureano Belasko came out of the goal and Henry Ritter tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Racing Comunicaciones's Franco Di Santo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Paz Ungo. That made the score 1-1 after 53 minutes of play. In the 56th minute Henry Ritter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laureano Belasko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. GOMEZ F.C.'s Paz Ungo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save GOMEZ F.C. from getting a goal against them. Paz Ungo made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Ovidio Jordy sent off a good shot on target. Ascencio Canado kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. 72 minutes into the match, GOMEZ F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Franco Di Santo came free, but Paz Ungo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Racing Comunicaciones's Laureano Belasko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henry Ritter in the 76th minute of play. In the 83rd minute Yago Cortada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laureano Belasko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Paz Ungo managed to avoid a goal in the 92ndth minute, when Racing Comunicaciones's Atilano Blanco fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 96 played minutes GOMEZ F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Max Ožana. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
