After recieving a nice pass, Kobra TEAM's Liviu Cristocea tried to score from far away in the 4th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Jeferson Fantini kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Matías Loureiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amauri Lopes in the 21st minute of the match. 26 minutes into the game, Ionică Lucescu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Matías Loureiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Matías Loureiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aristides Paiva in the 34th minute of play. Amauri Lopes struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Matías Loureiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kobra TEAM. In the 36th minute, Laurențiu Butnaru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 38 minutes into the match, Maxguaruja's goal looked a bit too open when Ionică Lucescu came free, but Matías Loureiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aristides Paiva in the 40th minute of play forced Maxguaruja's goalkeeper Matías Loureiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 40 played minutes Maxguaruja got a freekick which was hit by Ismael Braga. 44 minutes into the game, Liviu Cristocea cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Matías Loureiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gilberto Severo made a kick off. Matías Loureiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amauri Lopes in the 53rd minute of play. 55 minutes into the match, Maxguaruja's goal looked a bit too open when Ionică Lucescu came free, but Matías Loureiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Maxguaruja's Matías Loureiro got control of the ball when Ionică Lucescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 58 played minutes Kobra TEAM got a freekick which was hit by Liviu Cristocea. The supporters of Kobra TEAM booed when Maxguaruja was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorginho Dias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nilton Netto hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. 73 minutes into the match, Amauri Lopes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Matías Loureiro. Maxguaruja's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Amauri Lopes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. A collision led to Maxguaruja getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Rodriguinho de Medeiros hit a great ball. After 77 played minutes Maxguaruja got a freekick which was hit by Rodriguinho de Medeiros. Danny King might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Matías Loureiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Danny King ran back to his position shaking his head. Matías Loureiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ionică Lucescu in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 87thth minute of the game Ionică Lucescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Maxguaruja's Matías Loureiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Maxguaruja getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Gilberto Severo hit a great ball. Danny King sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kobra TEAM played a much better game than Maxguaruja and deserved their victory. The Maxguaruja players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
