Through an outstanding action, after 3 minutes, Donato Lorenz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 6th minute, Christos Triantafyllou ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Venancio Geleberto was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The supporters of Granate booed when Los Del Kllejon FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Siegfried Knubel didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 12th minute of the match Granate got a corner. Los Del Kllejon FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Usko Ruuttu ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 15th minute, Jaakko Ramstadius left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Granate fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Donato Lorenz made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Faustino Luar sent off a good shot on target. Donato Lorenz came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Del Kllejon FC's Faustino Luar. But to his dismay, Faustino Luar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Aristides Gaxan didn't get a good kick on the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Granate's goal looked a bit too open when Siegfried Knubel came free, but Donato Lorenz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Inocencio Inguma in the 28th minute of play forced Granate's goalkeeper Donato Lorenz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute Luisito Estevon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Venancio Geleberto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Faustino Luar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Donato Lorenz made a huge save. Granate's Donato Lorenz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Granate from getting a goal against them. Usko Ruuttu kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Donato Lorenz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romeo Eleder in the 78th minute of the match. Donato Lorenz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Faustino Luar went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romeo Eleder in the 86th minute of play forced Granate's goalkeeper Donato Lorenz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 92nd minute, Daniel Saboya hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
