The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 8 minutes into the match, Pane Boze notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Poetass FC's Moisés Arruda. Moisés Arruda was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pane Boze recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zeng Xu Yuan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Kaapo Velikiy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pane Boze's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Moisés Arruda read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. 25 minutes had been played when some careless play by JuSi Malacky's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cleiton Carioca was slow to take the kick. During this time Poetass FC's players had a chance to rest. Jon-Egil Schjelderup made a great header on Poetass FC's corner, it was just that JuSi Malacky's Kaapo Velikiy managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 26th minute, Jon-Egil Schjelderup ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kaapo Velikiy was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. JuSi Malacky's Kaapo Velikiy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeng Xu Yuan in the 34th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pane Boze in the 39th minute of play forced Poetass FC's goalkeeper Moisés Arruda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Moisés Arruda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ant Man in the 40th minute of play. In the 43rd minute, Pane Boze got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 46 minutes into the match, JuSi Malacky's goal looked a bit too open when Kalle Billberg came free, but Kaapo Velikiy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

JuSi Malacky made a substitution. Rafa Furman replaced Pane Boze. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Witalis Brysz to strike the kick off in the second half.
