After having played for 3 minutes, Ermengol Alberete managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Socavon FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ermengol Alberete was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Adelino Antunes hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. After 14 played minutes Ogro F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Tanek Poreda. Alysson Rezende came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Socavon FC's Ermengol Alberete. But to his dismay, Ermengol Alberete quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The supporters of Socavon FC booed when Ogro F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mai Yi Xu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fehmi Erdemer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Alysson Rezende made a huge save. Alysson Rezende showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marquez Dolarea in the 20th minute of the match. Ermengol Alberete could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Alysson Rezende made a huge save. Ogro F.C.'s Alysson Rezende proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Ogro F.C. from getting a goal against them. Ermengol Alberete in the 28thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Alysson Rezende, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 33 minutes into the match, Socavon FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jerônimo Vergílio came free, but Sindo Porregimon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th minute Jerônimo Vergílio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sindo Porregimon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sindo Porregimon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Cavalera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sindo Porregimon came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Ogro F.C.'s Igor Cavalera. But to his dismay, Igor Cavalera quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. When Ogro F.C.'s Jerônimo Vergílio in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Socavon FC's goalie prevented a goal. Ogro F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Alex Van Halen in the 45th minute. In the 47th minute, Mai Yi Xu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ermengol Alberete made a kick off. 51 minutes into the game, one of Ogro F.C.:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 57th minute Ksawery Furgal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alysson Rezende saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alysson Rezende took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ermengol Alberete, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd minute Enrique Peña shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alysson Rezende saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alysson Rezende showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ermengol Alberete, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ermengol Alberete in the 68th minute of play forced Ogro F.C.'s goalkeeper Alysson Rezende to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Igor Cavalera's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sindo Porregimon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. Socavon FC made a substitution. Artal Baltanas replaced Enrique Peña. Ogro F.C.'s Dan Zimmermann was substituted for Thomas Lang. Socavon FC's Bernaldo Maquibar was substituted for Marquez Dolarea. Ogro F.C.'s Nicko McBrain was substituted for Alex Van Halen. Maciek Cash thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Sindo Porregimon, a very annoying self made goal in the 76th minute which led to 2-2. 87 minutes into the match, Marco Minnemann dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Sindo Porregimon, 2-3. With a little luck, Socavon FC's Sindo Porregimon got control of the ball when Nicko McBrain tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alysson Rezende showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artal Baltanas in the 92nd minute of the match. After 93 minutes Ogro F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fehmi Erdemer who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to Socavon FC's Janis Petko getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Nicko McBrain who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 97thth minute tested the skills of Sindo Porregimon when he managed to save the team from getting behind.
