Cesar Handi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bogdan Gurgui read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. Magic is Back's Pablo Erasto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Magic is Back from getting a goal against them. After 13 minutes, Jorge Benitez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Magic is Back and the F.C.BARLAD players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 13th minute, Jorge Benitez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pablo Erasto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Valentin Plopșor went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Enrique Argina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bogdan Gurgui having to interfere. Pablo Erasto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferdinand Simionescu in the 30th minute of play. Magic is Back's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Isidoro Harriet in the 39th minute. Magic is Back's Isidoro Harriet was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Bogdan Gurgui in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With 43 minutes on the clock, Venancio Abadie commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 43rd minute, one of Magic is Back:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Magic is Back. Magic is Back:s Pablo Erasto showed great skill when he stopped Octav Ţintea:s penalty. Pablo Erasto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Octav Ţintea went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rogelio Steven made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Valentin Plopșor notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Magic is Back's Pablo Erasto. Pablo Erasto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 55 minutes into the match, Magic is Back's goal looked a bit too open when Valentin Plopșor came free, but Pablo Erasto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59th minute Cesar Handi suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. When Florin Racoviceanu fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored F.C.BARLAD's protests and gave Florin Racoviceanu a yellow card for diving instead. After 60 played minutes F.C.BARLAD got a freekick which was hit by Florin Racoviceanu. Magic is Back's Gilberto Abaunza got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bogdan Gurgui took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rogelio Steven, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Magic is Back's Celso Nerio got a free kick in the 74th minute. Pablo Erasto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentin Plopșor in the 76th minute of the match. Gilberto Abaunza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pablo Erasto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentin Plopșor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pablo Erasto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Plopșor in the 82nd minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Valentin Plopșor notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Magic is Back's Pablo Erasto. Pablo Erasto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 85th match minute, F.C.BARLAD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rareș Vârlan to maneuver through the defense. Valentin Plopșor charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Valentin Plopșor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Magic is Back booed when F.C.BARLAD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentin Plopșor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pablo Erasto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferdinand Simionescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 93rd minute, Octav Ţintea left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The F.C.BARLAD fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0.

F.C.BARLAD's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
