If Moise Cristoloveanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Armada's attentive He Wei Feng managed to snatch the ball when Calistrat Spirea made a throw-in in the 38th minute of the game. 40 minutes into the match, BVB 09's goalkeeper Moritz Kran had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Róbert Benkó. A collision led to BVB 09 getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Gigel Răduța hit a great ball. Färid Mondragón made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iacob Vernescu in the 44th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Moritz Kran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Liviu Buceceanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Moise Cristoloveanu got free with Färid Mondragón in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 57th match minute, BVB 09 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Calistrat Spirea to maneuver through the defense. Moritz Kran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Róbert Benkó, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. BVB 09's Moritz Kran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Róbert Benkó in the 66th minute of play. Róbert Benkó took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Moritz Kran. Moritz Kran dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind BVB 09's goalkeeper Moritz Kran, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. He Wei Feng received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Moritz Kran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Iacob Vernescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. BVB 09's supporters rose to their feet, but Iacob Vernescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Färid Mondragón breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Armada fully deserved thier win.
