Carlos Germano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Demetrio Cannata in the 14th minute of the match. Jardel Cabezon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carlos Germano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. The supporters of EoDu Uai Sôccer booed when Club Atlético Atlanta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santos Oskitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Jardel Cabezon notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Club Atlético Atlanta's Carlos Germano. Carlos Germano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A well-hit corner resulted in Jardel Cabezon heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The crowd rose to their feet as EoDu Uai Sôccer's Demetrio Cannata slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Carlos Germano. That made the score 1-3 after 56 minutes of play. Club Atlético Atlanta's Carlos Germano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Demetrio Cannata in the 83rd minute of play. After 86 minutes of play, Club Atlético Atlanta's Marcos Berdoi made it 2-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. José-Luis Chilavert was left in no man's land by his defense there! Carlos Germano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jardel Cabezon in the 89th minute. When Santos Oskitz fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Atlético Atlanta's protests and gave Santos Oskitz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 92nd minute, EoDu Uai Sôccer's Demetrio Cannata dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-6. 95 minutes into the match, EoDu Uai Sôccer's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Berdoi came free, but José-Luis Chilavert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
