After 50 minutes, Calistrat Spirea mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BVB 09 and the Eintracht Cernavoda players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 51 played minutes BVB 09 got a freekick which was hit by Calistrat Spirea. Narcis Bunescu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 51st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Leontin Burca. BVB 09's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Gigel Gologan ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 85th minute Gigel Gologan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leontin Burca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eustacio Sotero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisc Bîndean in the 89th minute of play.
