Cauan Loyola's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Atahan Balon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Nilson Peres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saverio Brion in the 14th minute of the match. ITAFUT 4EVER's Denílson Palmeira managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Albino Peruanton in the 17 minute of the game. With his leg Atahan Balon managed to avoid a goal in the 18thth minute, when ITAFUT 4EVER's Cauan Loyola fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Los Muchachos del 86's defense didn't have a chance, in the 41st minute, when Cauan Loyola scored to the left of an out of position Atahan Balon, making the score, 1-0. The audience was convinced that Cauan Loyola's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Atahan Balon was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cauan Loyola in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Atahan Balon saved Los Muchachos del 86 from getting behind. In the 64th minute ITAFUT 4EVER were awarded a corner. Jean-Paul Møffelmand went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Los Muchachos del 86's goalie and right to Sebastião Henriques. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Los Muchachos del 86's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. ITAFUT 4EVER's Raphael Fenton was substituted for Sebastião Henriques. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Muchachos del 86's goalkeeper Atahan Balon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
