When Otto Alberg fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's protests and gave Otto Alberg a yellow card for diving instead. With an all-out effort, Soroca F.C.'s Fabian Arendarski threw himself towards the right post 7 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Adrián Espadas, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Fabian Arendarski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adrián Espadas in the 8th minute. Soroca F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gustavo Tartalo in the 10th minute. The corner ended in Iordanis Karatzaferis almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Fabian Arendarski did a great save. In the 17th minute of the match Soroca F.C. got a corner. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gustavo Tartalo ran over to the corner to take the kick. Adrián Espadas struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Fabian Arendarski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Soroca F.C.. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Fabian Arendarski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Zagłębie Dąbrowskie from getting a goal against them. 28 minutes into the match, Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's goal looked a bit too open when Adrián Espadas came free, but Fabian Arendarski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adrián Espadas in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabian Arendarski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 34 minutes into the match, Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's goal looked a bit too open when Adrián Espadas came free, but Fabian Arendarski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 37 minutes, Ömür Seyfeddin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ömür Seyfeddin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fabian Arendarski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrián Espadas in the 43rd minute of play. In the 45th minute of the match, Adrián Espadas got a very nice opportunity to score, but Fabian Arendarski was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adrián Espadas to strike the kick off in the second half. If Adrián Espadas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Soroca F.C. made a substitution. Răzvan Necula replaced Adrián Espadas. Soroca F.C.'s Cosme Jaen was substituted for Rodolfo Atarrabi. A nice corner shot did that Grzegorz Jankowski got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Vitaliy Vischak quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 60 minutes into the match, Răzvan Necula notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Fabian Arendarski. Fabian Arendarski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Soroca F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Godofredo Quilino in the 65th minute. In the 68th minute Răzvan Necula shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Arendarski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 76 minutes Soroca F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Grzegorz Jankowski who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's corner Grzegorz Jankowski fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Vitaliy Vischak quite easily take care of the ball. Iordanis Karatzaferis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Patryk Zukowski was substituted for Ömür Seyfeddin. Roman Kon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vitaliy Vischak having to interfere. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Fabian Arendarski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Răzvan Necula in the 87th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Mugur Pandrea in the 91st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Soroca F.C.'s Zézinho Neiva. 91 minutes into the match, Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's goal looked a bit too open when Răzvan Necula came free, but Fabian Arendarski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabian Arendarski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Răzvan Necula, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Soroca F.C. were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Zagłębie Dąbrowskie for a fine match.
