Adrián Espadas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Armindo Salgado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. A collision led to VB-Team getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Álvaro Rezende hit a great ball. When Gustavo Tartalo came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Soroca F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gustavo Tartalo couldn't finish the play. In the 40th minute, Soroca F.C.'s Adrián Espadas dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Armindo Salgado was a little too slow when Adrián Espadas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 43rd minute. The score was now 4-0. In the 46thth minute of the game Gervásio Severiano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Soroca F.C.'s Vitaliy Vischak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joaquim de Barros was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice moves Luís Caeiro could shoot a difficult shot in the 76th minute, which Vitaliy Vischak however easily saved by the left post. After 77 minutes Soroca F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luís Braga who took care of the corner kick. 84 minutes into the match, VB-Team's goal looked a bit too open when Răzvan Necula came free, but Armindo Salgado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luís Caeiro got free with Vitaliy Vischak in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Soroca F.C.'s supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
