Diki Doro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mikael Liberatore in the 12th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the match, Wargön's goal looked a bit too open when Emil Wielopolski came free, but Sören Tunberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th minute, Bayan Baye hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sören Tunberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stasio Bienienda went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 23rd minute, Mikael Liberatore made a precise shot to the right of Diki Doro. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. 25 minutes into the match, Wargön's goal looked a bit too open when Primitivo Grau came free, but Sören Tunberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Diki Doro made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Zdzislaw Liermann sent off a good shot on target. Sören Tunberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stasio Bienienda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wargön's Sören Tunberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emil Wielopolski in the 33rd minute of play. Sören Tunberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Primitivo Grau in the 40th minute of the match. Primitivo Grau blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sören Tunberg having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mikael Liberatore got free with Diki Doro in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Dacian Tilea fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s protests and gave Dacian Tilea a yellow card for diving instead. In the 43rd match minute, Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dacian Tilea to maneuver through the defense. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emil Wielopolski was the one to do the kick off. Wargön's Sören Tunberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Wargön from getting a goal against them. Sören Tunberg made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Stasio Bienienda sent off a good shot on target. Wargön's Mikael Liberatore got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Stasio Bienienda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Sören Tunberg made a huge save. 63 minutes into the match, Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Mikael Liberatore came free, but Diki Doro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Diki Doro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mikael Liberatore in the 63rd minute of play. Sören Tunberg was a little too slow when Bernardo Di Piazza got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 65th minute. The score was now 1-2. Wargön made a substitution. Nils-Arne Nilsson replaced Iwan Czeberowski. The crowd rose to their feet as Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Primitivo Grau slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sören Tunberg. That made the score 1-3 after 77 minutes of play. Sören Tunberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Primitivo Grau, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute.

The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
