Harald Walroth had great luck who in the 27thth minute grab hold of the ball when Manuel Șora from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. -BZF- Barca de Buzau were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Grigore Biriș took the corner. 32 minutes into the game, Panait Vochin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. -BZF- Barca de Buzau's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK the free kick. After a rather tough play, -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Panait Vochin got a free kick in the 32nd minute. In the 33rd minute of the match Joseph Hjälm shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Emanuel Stanca showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Stig-Åke Ennegren hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK's Harald Walroth proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK from getting a goal against them. Harald Walroth was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Aurel Ionașcu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 35 minute of play. In the 38th minute, Darius Olaru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emanuel Stanca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miran Burgič, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Panait Vochin got his second yellow card in the match during the 42nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Miran Burgič took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emanuel Stanca. Emanuel Stanca dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Miran Burgič's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emanuel Stanca read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The wind increased when Joseph Hjälm made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Șora in the 53rd minute of play forced Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK's goalkeeper Harald Walroth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 54 minutes Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Grigore Biriș who took care of the corner kick. -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Grigore Biriș got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK's zone, Darius Olaru stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Harald Walroth came out of the goal and Darius Olaru tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. -BZF- Barca de Buzau were furious when Felix Vorniceanu was red carded, 62 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 61 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for -BZF- Barca de Buzau! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aurel Ionașcu during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 66 played minutes -BZF- Barca de Buzau got a freekick which was hit by Aurel Ionașcu. Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK's Sören Wennersten was substituted for Stig-Åke Ennegren. After 67 played minutes -BZF- Barca de Buzau got a freekick which was hit by Aurel Ionașcu. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miran Burgič in the 73rd minute of play forced -BZF- Barca de Buzau's goalkeeper Emanuel Stanca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miran Burgič took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emanuel Stanca. Emanuel Stanca dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Emanuel Stanca made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joseph Hjälm in the 79th minute. Joseph Hjälm struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Emanuel Stanca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK. In the 97th match minute, Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Kjellberg to maneuver through the defense.
The Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
