After 10 minutes, Arsenio Donzel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ELMUÑE and the CON-E-CO players grew even worse after the yellow card. Arsenio Donzel kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. CON-E-CO's Xulio Balado couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 11th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for ELMUÑE. Merexildo Cebadilla hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. After 16 played minutes, ELMUÑE's Eleuterio Fortun shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Carlomagno Agüero came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ELMUÑE reached it. Pablo Taurino charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pablo Taurino the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Pablo Taurino hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Marcelino Chirghentino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mauricio Santiago was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Garin Cañizares in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mauricio Santiago prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 32nd minute Garin Cañizares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauricio Santiago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zelipe Cariga kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. A collision led to CON-E-CO getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Oriche Galdamiz hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice moves Romano Arenal could shoot a difficult shot in the 48th minute, which Mauricio Santiago however easily saved by the left post.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jose Vincent was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Arsenio Donzel recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Carlomagno Agüero. Arsenio Donzel showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Merexildo Cebadilla during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of ELMUÑE booed when CON-E-CO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Merexildo Cebadilla didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carlomagno Agüero was out of position in the 58 minute of play, and Jose Vincent capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jose Vincent really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. 65 minutes into the match, Fabricio Masseda had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mauricio Santiago. ELMUÑE's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fabricio Masseda was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. When Fabricio Masseda fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CON-E-CO's protests and gave Fabricio Masseda a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, CON-E-CO's Fabricio Masseda got a free kick in the 69th minute. Garin Cañizares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Mauricio Santiago tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 73 minutes of play ELMUÑE's Arsenio Donzel was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. When the match clock showed 85 minutes, the score became 3-2 when Romano Arenal sped through ELMUÑE's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mauricio Santiago. After 88 minutes, Mauricio Ondino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ELMUÑE and the CON-E-CO players grew even worse after the yellow card. 93 minutes into the match, CON-E-CO's goal looked a bit too open when Mauricio Ondino came free, but Carlomagno Agüero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mauricio Santiago took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Garin Cañizares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The CON-E-CO fans cheered their team off the field, for while ELMUÑE had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
