The referee ignored Eskiekin's protests and gave Mehmet Hamdi Servet a yellow card for diving instead. Mehmet Hamdi Servet kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Bergnorden IF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ulrik Hedkvist in the 17th minute. After taking down the ball on Bergnorden IF's corner Ulrik Hedkvist fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fikri Yanar quite easily take care of the ball. Ali Asım Torehan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Sebastian Hamnberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Şeref Tüzel might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sebastian Hamnberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Şeref Tüzel ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when George Hermansson got free with Fikri Yanar in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Başaran Radi hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Bergnorden IF's Ulrik Hedkvist couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 29th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Eskiekin. Eskiekin's Fikri Yanar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isac Björklund in the 32nd minute of play. In the 33rd match minute, Eskiekin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tarık Yesar to maneuver through the defense. After 35 played minutes Bergnorden IF got a freekick which was hit by Robin Ennegren. Ali Asım Torehan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

After 53 minutes Bergnorden IF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Başaran Radi who took care of the corner kick. Ali Asım Torehan came free with the goalkeeper in the 54th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Sebastian Hamnberg could save by the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as Eskiekin's Şeref Tüzel slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sebastian Hamnberg. That made the score 0-2 after 55 minutes of play. George Hermansson might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fikri Yanar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. George Hermansson ran back to his position shaking his head. Fikri Yanar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from George Hermansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Fikri Yanar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of George Hermansson's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Eskiekin's Fikri Yanar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Allan Skarkman in the 70th minute of play. If Başaran Radi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Şeref Tüzel was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 74th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After 79 played minutes Bergnorden IF got a freekick which was hit by George Hermansson. Şeref Tüzel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Allan Skarkman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Eskiekin eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
