After a defensive mix-up in Cavaliers FC's zone, Remigio Florin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Federico Goizeder came out of the goal and Remigio Florin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Cavaliers FC's Angelo Markel got a free kick in the 12th minute. In the 18th match minute, Cavaliers FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augusto Firmo to maneuver through the defense. Jairo Steven kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Cavaliers FC's Federico Goizeder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Román Riquelme in the 26th minute of play. Danilo Abajas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Federico Goizeder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 41 played minutes Cavaliers FC got a freekick which was hit by Romeo Barto. In the 42nd minute Remigio Florin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Federico Goizeder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Geronimo Tirso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Angelo Markel in the 45th minute.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Remigio Florin got free with Federico Goizeder in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 60 minutes into the match, Cavaliers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Teobaldo Hodei came free, but Federico Goizeder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cavaliers FC made a substitution. Norberto Calvet replaced Romeo Barto. A collision led to Cavaliers FC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Humberto Gonzo hit a great ball. Cavaliers FC's Federico Goizeder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danilo Abajas in the 68th minute of play. Jairo Steven hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Cavaliers FC's Anacleto Madaleno was substituted for Angelo Markel. In the 75th minute, Jairo Steven hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Remigio Florin fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Atletico Los Andes's protests and gave Remigio Florin a yellow card for diving instead. Remigio Florin hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. 86 minutes into the match, Cavaliers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Modesto Celino came free, but Federico Goizeder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cavaliers FC's Federico Goizeder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Modesto Celino in the 87th minute of play. After some careless play in the Cavaliers FC defense, Román Riquelme kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Federico Goizeder. The Cavaliers FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Federico Goizeder should have stopped the shot. The Cavaliers FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Club Atletico Los Andes were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
