The referee felt a red card was in order, 20 minutes into the game, when Julio Ferman put in a rough tackle. After a rather tough play, Wolverine A.C.【LBF】's Julio Ferman got a free kick in the 21st minute. Javier Lia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Haroldo Eneko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albano Quintyn in the 27th minute of play forced Wolverine A.C.【LBF】's goalkeeper Javier Lia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Wolverine A.C.【LBF】 getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Claudio Gonzales hit a great ball. Javier Lia was out of position in the 44 minute of play, and Albano Quintyn capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Albano Quintyn really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. When Eulalio Ilixo fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DESTROY's protests and gave Eulalio Ilixo a yellow card for diving instead. Eulalio Ilixo hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Haroldo Eneko was the one to do the kick off. DESTROY's Di Maria managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Apolo Lore in the 51 minute of the game. In the 54th minute Julian Rodriguez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Enaut saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 54th match minute, DESTROY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Di Maria to maneuver through the defense. In the 59th minute, Albano Quintyn ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Javier Lia was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 62nd match minute, Wolverine A.C.【LBF】 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guaberto Ler to maneuver through the defense. Wolverine A.C.【LBF】's Javier Lia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albano Quintyn in the 63rd minute of play. When Albano Quintyn came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the DESTROY fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albano Quintyn couldn't finish the play. Eleuterio Baudelio hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Rosendo Rocio hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Di Maria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Javier Lia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severino Dayam, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Severino Dayam took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 80th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Javier Lia. Wolverine A.C.【LBF】's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Narciso Urki took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Vicente Enaut to make any attempt to save it. Apolo Lore kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. The supporters of Wolverine A.C.【LBF】 booed when DESTROY was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esteban Lawrence didn't get a good kick on the ball. Javier Lia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albano Quintyn in the 90th minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, DESTROY's goalkeeper Vicente Enaut had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julian Rodriguez. In the 94th match minute, DESTROY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albano Quintyn to maneuver through the defense. Wolverine A.C.【LBF】's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
