Vicente Enaut didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for General Velásquez. General Velásquez's Gustavo Chacaltana proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save General Velásquez from getting a goal against them. Esteve Karmel kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Gustavo Chacaltana made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Albano Quintyn sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to DESTROY getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Severino Dayam hit a great ball. After 24 played minutes Haroldo Eneko rounded General Velásquez's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. In the 30thth minute of the game Albano Quintyn who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but General Velásquez's Gustavo Chacaltana was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to DESTROY getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Di Maria hit a great ball. Vicente Enaut showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hilario Opazo in the 48th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hilario Opazo to make the kick off. The supporters of General Velásquez booed when DESTROY was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esteban Lawrence didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gustavo Chacaltana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albano Quintyn, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Gustavo Chacaltana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haroldo Eneko in the 58th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Gaspar Galo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vicente Enaut was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Hilario Opazo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 62 minute of play. Gustavo Chacaltana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Haroldo Eneko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
