After 3 minutes, Martin Subijana mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kwyjibo and the Guanacos players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 3rd match minute, Kwyjibo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Subijana to maneuver through the defense. Kwyjibo's Basilio Urquioja proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Kwyjibo from getting a goal against them. If Severo Eudoxio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Severo Eudoxio got free with Basilio Urquioja in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 17th minute, Silvano Urdaspal made a precise shot to the right of Basilio Urquioja. Kwyjibo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Basilio Urquioja came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Guanacos's Silvano Urdaspal. But to his dismay, Silvano Urdaspal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Evelio Havier in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Basilio Urquioja saved Kwyjibo from getting behind. Jesus Gaufred made in the 28th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Kwyjibo's Osasun Almazan. Benicio Ulizes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lia Ovejas, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Benicio Ulizes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lia Ovejas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes into the game, Guanacos's Silvano Urdaspal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Basilio Urquioja made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evelio Havier in the 36th minute of play forced Kwyjibo's goalkeeper Basilio Urquioja to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 37 minutes into the game, Guanacos's Silvano Urdaspal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Basilio Urquioja made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Guanacos's Silvano Urdaspal got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Silvano Urdaspal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Evelio Havier was the one to do the kick off. Basilio Urquioja made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evelio Havier in the 54th minute of play. Basilio Urquioja came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Guanacos's Silvano Urdaspal. But to his dismay, Silvano Urdaspal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. 59 minutes into the match, Guanacos's Silvano Urdaspal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Basilio Urquioja narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Basilio Urquioja showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evelio Havier in the 61st minute of the match. After having played for 62 minutes, Silvano Urdaspal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guanacos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvano Urdaspal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Casimiro Iago sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 67 minutes into the game, Silvano Urdaspal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Basilio Urquioja was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 72nd minute Severo Eudoxio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basilio Urquioja saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Basilio Urquioja didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Silvano Urdaspal went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. 85 minutes into the match, Evelio Havier notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of Kwyjibo's Basilio Urquioja. Basilio Urquioja was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 90 minutes into the match, Guanacos's Jesus Gaufred sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Basilio Urquioja narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kwyjibo's Basilio Urquioja played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evelio Havier in the 94th minute of play.
