After 2 played minutes Kwyjibo got a freekick which was hit by Esdras Navaridas. Basilio Urquioja acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 3rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Harold Baum. 7 minutes into the match, Henrik Mäder had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Basilio Urquioja. Kwyjibo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Henrik Mäder was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 11 minutes into the game, Dick Cornetti was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Stadtclub's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kwyjibo the free kick. Dick Cornetti kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Basilio Urquioja made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henrik Mäder in the 15th minute of play. When Santos Noreña fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kwyjibo's protests and gave Santos Noreña a yellow card for diving instead. In the 24th minute, Santos Noreña hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Martin Subijana struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Jacky Silvestri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kwyjibo. In the 30th match minute, FC Stadtclub was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henrik Mäder to maneuver through the defense. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Henrik Mäder made a kick off. Urritz Arandojo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Jacky Silvestri made a huge save. After 54 minutes of play, FC Stadtclub's Dick Cornetti made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Basilio Urquioja was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kwyjibo's attentive Osasun Almazan managed to snatch the ball when Titus Cadotsch made a throw-in in the 74th minute of the game. Gibson Dürst scored 3-1 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Basilio Urquioja, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 85th minute, Urritz Arandojo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 96 minutes into the match, Urritz Arandojo notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of FC Stadtclub's Jacky Silvestri. Jacky Silvestri was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. FC Stadtclub walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
