Florencio Innocenzio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Florencio Innocenzio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sipke Oosting went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 16th minute Osvaldo Quin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fokke Bergman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, Campana Gitanes Club's goal looked a bit too open when Roland Koekkoek came free, but Florencio Innocenzio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20thth minute of the game Roland Koekkoek who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Campana Gitanes Club's Florencio Innocenzio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Andres Merexildo hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Florencio Innocenzio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roland Koekkoek in the 25th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roland Koekkoek in the 27th minute of play forced Campana Gitanes Club's goalkeeper Florencio Innocenzio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute of the match, Roland Koekkoek tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Florencio Innocenzio saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A collision led to Campana Gitanes Club getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Andres Merexildo hit a great ball. Florencio Innocenzio came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Winthont FC's Roland Koekkoek. But to his dismay, Roland Koekkoek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Campana Gitanes Club's zone, Niels Schirring stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Florencio Innocenzio came out of the goal and Niels Schirring tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The supporters of Winthont FC booed when Campana Gitanes Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Javier Justin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 53 played minutes, Winthont FC's Tjeerd Jonkman shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Florencio Innocenzio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Winthont FC reached it. Niels Schirring received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Winthont FC's Fokke Bergman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osvaldo Quin in the 59th minute of play. When Vinicio Abechuco fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Campana Gitanes Club's protests and gave Vinicio Abechuco a yellow card for diving instead. In the 62nd minute, Niels Schirring got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Javier Justin charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Javier Justin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Javier Justin hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. After having played for 64 minutes, Roland Koekkoek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Winthont FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roland Koekkoek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 65 minutes, Reynaldo Weather mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Campana Gitanes Club and the Winthont FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Reynaldo Weather kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Niels Schirring managed to get in a good position for a shot. Winthont FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Niels Schirring was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Florencio Innocenzio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Winthont FC booed when Campana Gitanes Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Javier Justin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 78 played minutes Campana Gitanes Club got a freekick which was hit by Osvaldo Quin. Roland Koekkoek struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Florencio Innocenzio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Winthont FC. Florencio Innocenzio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niels Schirring in the 82nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niels Schirring in the 86th minute of play forced Campana Gitanes Club's goalkeeper Florencio Innocenzio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Winthont FC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Kurt Neijsen hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vinicio Abechuco got free with Fokke Bergman in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Florencio Innocenzio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sipke Oosting in the 93rd minute of the match. Winthont FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
