In the 15th minute Emiliano Velasco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lu Zhen Sheng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lu Zhen Sheng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emiliano Velasco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 17 minutes into the match, DREAM TEAM WORLD's goal looked a bit too open when Czeslaw Kopacz came free, but Lu Zhen Sheng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Despidida AFC's Pastor Tino in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye DREAM TEAM WORLD's goalie prevented a goal. Lu Zhen Sheng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Czeslaw Kopacz in the 38th minute of play. Despidida AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 44th minute, when Andrzej Zapolski scored to the left of an out of position Fernando Selatse, making the score, 1-0. In the 47th minute, Feliksas Fenichev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Andrzej Zapolski to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes DREAM TEAM WORLD got a freekick which was hit by Andrzej Zapolski. In the 52nd minute, Feliksas Fenichev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 55th match minute, Despidida AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliksas Fenichev to maneuver through the defense. Lu Zhen Sheng made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pastor Tino in the 57th minute. In the 61st minute, Feliksas Fenichev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arturo Arano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lu Zhen Sheng having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The DREAM TEAM WORLD fans cheered their team off the field, for while Despidida AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
