The crowd rose to their feet as Zeledon Savion kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Maximo Horquizar. That made the score 1-0 in the 16 minute of play. Sporting Buceo's Maximo Horquizar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Sporting Buceo from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Alvaro Errando's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maximo Horquizar was relentless in the 21st minute of the game.
